Animation is often the best choice to tell stories that are complex to communicate, more conceptual in nature or products and service don’t actually exist as of yet. Depending on the story and the nature of the content, 2D works well to present a simple, uncomplicated message. 3D is excellent for presenting products and procedures in ways you could never do in reality.
